Gina has been in fitness management for over 20 years. She loves working with people and really wants to help others improve their lives like she has done for herself. Gina appreciates all the hard work that goes into making you a better you. She knows firsthand the struggles we all go through to lose weight and keep it off.
Gina has lost over 60 pounds through her fitness journey, and admittedly has a few more to go. And, just like everyone else, she deals with everyday life while trying to stay motivated and dedicated to being as healthy as she can be.
Gina believes that everyone benefits from fitness- young, old, small in size to large in size. It doesn't matter who you are, you can do it with the right accountability, motivation and equipment. Every health choice, no matter how big or small, brings us closer to living our best life. So, come on in and say "Hi" to Gina

I have been in the fitness industry for most of my working life. I was in partnership with my brother at four very nice fitness centers covering a span of 25 years before coming aboard AHF in June of 2017.
Although a different part of the industry from selling gym memberships, it's still very much the same helping people enhance their health to enjoy life to the fullest. I have always guided my clients to keep it simple with a balance of strength exercising, cardio, and a healthy nutrition plan. It's what I've always called a "Way of Life!" I sincerely say I have been very blessed over my career going to work and loving what I do. It really doesn't seem like a job to me. I love being apart of the American Home Fitness Family. I also treat my customers like family. I am with them during and after the sale.
