The GoFit Ankle Strap can also be used as an accessory to many cable gyms and functional training gyms, either in the home or in a commercial gym setting!

Important note: The GoFit Ankle Strap requires GoFit Power Tubes or Super Bands for use. GoFit Power Tubes require GoFit Power Handles for use. (GoFit Power Tubes and Power Bands sold separately).

The GoFit Rubber Resistance Training System lets you purchase each item separately to create your own ultra-effective workout. As your training progresses, simply expand your system with more resistance options. For example, use one Door Anchor with a variety of Tubes or Bands depending on your particualr workout.

The GoFit Ankle Strap’s quick-adjust closure fits all sizes and the thick neoprene padding adds form fitting comfort. The industrial grade carabiner works with both Power Tubes and Super Bands for a quick and secure connection.
