STORE MANAGER
After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Exercise Science, Brock has built a career in the fitness industry over the last 14 years. His approach to health and fitness is simple- Just do it! That means creating a habit of eating healthy and working out. It’s that simple. Find things you enjoy like hiking, biking, weight training, or whatever it is, and just get out there and do it!
In his free time, you can find him at any sporting event and following his former football team, the great Tennessee Vols!! Stop in and see Brock to talk a little football, or better yet how to create a "habit" of health and fitness!
