Treadmill Mat Overview

Every piece of fitness equipment you own should have a mat under it to protect your floor and to protect your equipment from dust rising from the floor. The treadmill mat is 84" x 36", perfect for most treadmills, elliptical machines and recumbent bikes.  The 18EQ mat is great for use on commercial grade carpeting. It is 1/8" vinyl, which will not mark carpeting, it is lightweight but durable. It can be rolled up for storage.
