Born and raised in Flint, MI and I am the 5th oldest of 9 brothers and sisters. I have been involved in sports and fitness since I was 12 years old and have had a deep passion for it ever since. I served in the U.S. Army and became a personal trainer shortly after my departure in 2014. I have worked in many different roles in the fitness industry since then and consider myself a fitness expert. I want to continue to learn anything and everything there is about fitness so I can help as many people as I can along the way!

Peppy and energetic, I am definitely an AHF cheerleader who has been with AHF since November 2016! I grew up prone to sprains and broken bones, no wonder I became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). I’ve been in the fitness industry since graduating high school in 2004 and been a Michigan Licensed ATC since graduating with a Master’s degree in 2011. I’ve worked in both College and High School Athletics. I have a passion for athletics, sports medicine, and fitness (specifically CrossFit and Spinning). My favorite CrossFit workout is DT and my favorite lift is the deadlift (I’m Obsessed! Fun fact, I speak some Spanish and play the drums! My favorite piece of equipment in the store is a barbell, spin bike, Ellipticals and the ElliptiGO’s. With a big background in Health Science and Sports Medicine, I will help you find the fitness equipment that best suits your needs.
