The counter-balanced lat pulldown arm with self-aligning handles ensures a smooth, natural feel and accommodates all users automatically. The self-aligning foot plate adjusts automatically, following the feet's natural movement, reducing ankle strain, and ensuring proper biomechanics. Station 2: Multi-Function Station

This versatile station offers chest press, mid-row, leg extension, standing leg curl, and low/mid pulley exercises. Choose between the traditional fixed press arm (HPA-1) with patented ROM adjustment for customized starting positions, or the patented 3-D articulating press arm (HPA-2) for natural pressing movements that reduce shoulder stress.

Low and mid pulley stations allow multiple upper and lower body exercises using various attachments. Dual back pad adjusters offer telescoping and angular support for proper positioning. The adjustable seat includes stabilizing handles.

The patented leg extension arm (US Patent 5,961,428) features an integrated cam to maintain tension throughout the full range for superior quad development. A self-aligning roller automatically adjusts to leg length, and the telescoping roller pad adjusts for both leg extensions and standing leg curls, locking with a pull pin for stability.

Station 3: High Pulley

The high pulley station features 1:1 cabling that provides a full 200 lbs of direct resistance, perfect for cable exercises like tricep pushdowns, lat pulldowns (when not using Station 1), face pulls, and overhead cable work.
