The Inspire Fitness FID3 Bench provides a flat, incline, and decline position for a full body worko uts. Featuring 7-position back pad adjustments from -12 degree decline to 80 degree incline, 3 seat back adjustments from 0 to 14 degrees and a load capacity of up to 500 LBs, the FID 3 Bench supports a wide range of exercises. Constructed with heavy-duty steel with a matte black textured powder coat, this bench is built to withstand intense workouts ranging from presses, rows, curls, step ups and more. Its extra-thick, upholstered pads offer comfort and stability, while the durable rear wheels and sturdy handle allows you to easily move it into position or store it away.
