LIFE SPORT OLYMPIC HEX BAR

This Olympic Hex Bar is designed in a hexagonal form making it easy to step in and out of the bar. Also known as a trap bar, deadlift bar or shrug bar, the hex bar is perfect for performing deadlifts, shrugs and farmers walk exercises. By centering the body in the middle of the bar (as opposed to behind the bar for traditional deadlifts), stress on the lower back is reduced. 

The bar features a polished chrome finish and measures 60" in length. The handles measure 18.5" and featuring a knurled texture for added grip. The bar is designed with 15" chrome sleeves—making loading plates on the bar easy for all users.
